Torre Äna

A project by RDLP Arquitectura, consisting of two towers: Äna Norte and Äna Sur.

Both towers offer apartments, shops, studios and academies.

Designed under a warm, sober and contemporary concept, both towers share a central walkway to create a walkable city.

About the project

The program of these towers consists of two towers of 6 levels each, which have 1 or 2 commercial levels for sundry uses, 5 floors of apartments and amenities on the 6th floor, with a total of 16,453.01 m2 of construction, also counting with 57 residential units in 6,512.79 rentable square meters , 23 commercial premises in 1,586 profitable m2 and 646.50 m2 of amenities.

Privileged location

This is an urban center where sustainable and intelligent residential projects coexist with retail, entertainment and work areas.

This is an open and dynamic community, full of energy and in constant communal living among neighbors and users of the spaces and events of the complex.

Because of these key qualities of the project, Via Cordillera is, today, the most successful and recognized concept throughout the Valle Poniente area.
