Deltack began operations in 2018 in the city of Monterrey, N.L., and currently manages a CKD (Development Trust Certificates) that operate in the Mexican Stock Market (BMV).

Portfolio

Deltack’s portfolio consists of projects located in different states of Mexico such as Chihuahua, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, Quintana Roo and Queretaro. It counts with industrial and residential (horizontal and vertical) projects, and land development in association with renowned partners.
